Fifty something years on this earth, 2 children, a large number of cats, in addition to my years of clinical experience and so many other journeys have brought me to this place...tell me what has brought YOU here? I am cisgendered female of African American and Cuban decent. My practice strives to help each person "be seen" as well as to help you see yourself. My practice is trauma informed, empowering, anti-oppressive, and works in tandem with your needs.
